Further information on all programmes can be obtained from us upon request. We are happy to provide clarification on eligibility and ancillary requirements. Details of seatime and prerequisites are a summary only. Part 32 of the Maritime Rules provides fuller details and should be consulted for clarification and confirmation.

Bookings made by telephone or at our reception counter are not confirmed until enrolment forms and payment are received. Many of our programmes tend to be over-subscribed. In these cases, places will be confirmed in the order that enrolment forms and payment is received. In cases where you are unable to take up a confirmed place in a course, no refund of an advance payment will be possible where we are unable to fill your place from our waitlist. Please also note that our courses are run subject to sufficient enrolments being received.

Certificate of Competency Students
All students are responsible for contacting the Maritime New Zealand and ensuring their eligibility for examination. In all cases, a separate fee is payable to MSA and a full application for examination must be submitted to MSA no later than 21 days before your course commences.
